Micah Ellah – Office Receptionist

Micah Ellah is the office receptionist at our Breast Implant Center. She’s been in customer service for nine years, and is passionate about helping people and cultivating kindness. Micah enjoys connecting with patients and ensuring everyone feels welcome. She’s dedicated to making a positive the office environment where everything flows smoothly! Micah’s obsessed with interior design, loves thinking of new “DIY” home improvement ideas and doing arts & crafts with her two kids.
Jenna – Off-Island Patient Concierge

Jenna is our Patient Care Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. She loves meeting new patients, and is very knowledgeable about each of the different procedures S. Larry Schlesinger, MD, FACS performs. She is passionate about patient care and will serve as your advocate throughout the surgery process. She is happy to answer any questions, assist in financing, and schedule your next procedure.
Honey – Patient Care Coordinator

Honey is our second Patient Care Coordinator. A multi-talented individual, she has a strong customer service and management background: she’s been a retail manager, diamond consultant, and Director of Operations for Hawaii’s largest modeling agency. Honey enjoys helping people, and her genuine kindness and positivity are contagious at our office! She is here to answer your questions and help you navigate the procedure process with confidence. In her free time, she runs her own handmade jewelry line, Bohemian Princess, and loves a good shopping trip (shoes are her weakness)!
Christy – Office Manager

Christy comes to us with a Biology/Environmental Science degree from UC Sant Cruz and a background in customer service. She enjoys being part of a great team with the goal of helping people become more confident. At the office, Christy loves interacting with patients and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. She enjoys surfing, yoga, running, cooking, and traveling.
Sarah – O.R. Nurse

Sarah is our Head Nurse as well as our Operating Room Nurse. She has a Bachelors degree in Nursing as well as Psychology. Sarah comes from Colorado where she has experience in the OR as well as in the Surgical field. She takes care of patients before surgery and serves as our patient advocate during surgery. Sarah makes sure that you are taken care of throughout the entire surgical process. When she is not taking care of patients, Sarah loves to run, surf and swim.
Dr. Judy Kameoka – Anesthesiologist

Dr. Judy Kameoka has been practicing anesthesia for 29 years. She is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and completed her medical training and residency in Charleston, S.C. She came to Honolulu in 2014 but has also practiced on the Big Island and on the east coast, including several years as Chief of Anesthesia at a large regional hospital. She has extensive experience and knowledge in anesthesia related to cosmetic surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, orthopedics and general surgery. Dr. Kameoka’s caring and skillful attention to the concerns and well-being of her patients, as well as her close coordination with Dr. Schlesinger and the OR staff makes her another valuable component of your medical team. Her knowledge and understanding will be dedicated to you and your best experience at Dr. Schlesinger’s surgery center.
Brandi – Surgical First Assist

As our surgical technician, Brandi assists during plastic surgery procedures, helping Dr. Schlesinger work efficiently and focus on creating a beautiful result—in Brandi’s words, Dr. S is an “absolute perfectionist” and she loves being involved in such amazing patient transformations. Brandi is certified in surgical technology through the U.S. Army, and worked at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Madigan Center in Tacoma, and Tripler Army Medical Center before joining our team. She grew up in Ewa Beach and is happy to be back in Hawaii. Brandi spends her free time wrestling, baking, and being a devoted dog mom!
Mila – Sterilization Tech

Mila has worked in the medical field for over 20 years in various hospitals in Hawaii and San Francisco. She began her career as a central supply technician at Straub Clinic, receiving and ordering medical supplies, before becoming part of The Management Journey. She transferred to Kapiolani Medical Center to continue management in sterile processing. Now that she works with Dr. Schlesinger at Breast Implant Center of Hawaii, Mila uses her expertise in sterile processing to ensure our patients are safe. She enjoys the outdoors, from kayaking in the Hawaiian waters to hiking in the mountains. She also is always up for the challenge of racquetball.
Darlene – HP Manager

With a background in retail and business management, customer service and satisfaction are Darlene’s main priorities—and building a rapport with our patients is highly important to her. As our HP manager, Darlene takes the time to get to know our patients and their loved ones, making sure they feel comfortable for their entire visit. Alongside Dr. Schlesinger, Darlene manages inventory, orders supplies, and assists wherever she is needed. During her off time, Darlene enjoys cooking, hiking, and being near the ocean.
